Shenzhen Omon Hardware is one of the manufactory and marketing of HK Omon Group which located in Shenzhen china.
HK Omon Group - logistics hub for electronic components and manufacturing center for mechanical parts including screws and fastener sconforming to DIN, ISO, ANSI, JIS, POP, and PEM standards.
Our factory was founded in year 2003. We are concentrating on producing and designing Clinching fasteners, assembly parts and precise lathe machining parts.
Our main products cover: Self-clinching fasteners( alternative PEM and SOUTHCO) , panel fasteners, screws and nuts, rivets, shaft, standoffs, spacers, springs and other electronic hardware such as nylon and rubber parts. We also manufacture various kinds of nonstandard fasteners according to clients' drawings, samples or specifications.
We have sets of production line with precision lathe and testing instruments imported from Taiwan and Japan, which we establish advancedexperimental center. We have 40 Full-Automatic Numerical Control Equipments and 40 Ancillary Equipments, among which 50 sets of auto lathe, 20 sets of numerical control lathe, and 10 sets of CNC lathe. Our main inspection equipments include salt spray tester, projector, tension tester, anti-torsion testers, micrometers, altimeters, caliper, screw pitch templates and hardness testers.
